The Minister of Aviation and Aerospace Development, Mr. Festus Egwarewa Keyamo, SAN, has received birthday wishes and commendations for his leadership and reforms in Nigeria’s aviation sector as he marks his 56th birthday.
In a statement issued in Abuja, Mr. Christopher Omoaghe, a friend of the minister during their university days congratulated the minister on the milestone, praising his strategic interventions aimed at repositioning the aviation and aerospace industry and strengthening Nigeria’s international partnerships.
Omoaghe noted that policy reforms and administrative measures introduced under Keyamo’s leadership are beginning to yield positive economic results, reinforcing the aviation sector’s role as a key driver of national development.
He also highlighted the minister’s professional journey from modest beginnings to becoming a Senior Advocate of Nigeria, describing it as a reflection of discipline, resilience and commitment to public service.
According to him, Keyamo’s stewardship of the Ministry of Aviation and Aerospace Development has earned him respect both locally and internationally, while contributing to the success of the administration of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
Omoaghe further praised President Tinubu for supporting the minister’s reform agenda, saying the backing has enabled the effective implementation of transformative policies within the sector.
