On Friday, youths under the auspices of the Youth Alliance for Northern Development conducted a special prayer session in Kano for President Tinubu’s son, Seyi, as part of the celebrations for his 40th birthday.

Sheikh Abdullateef Emiabata, who led the prayer, beseeched God to bless the celebrant with long life and good health, enabling him to continue his efforts in promoting youth empowerment, social responsibility, and national unity.

The cleric recited several verses from the Holy Quran and also prayed for ongoing peace, unity, economic growth, and development within the nation.

“We pray that God Almighty will continue to bestow His blessings upon all Nigerians and ensure that peace and unity prevail in the country.

“Furthermore, we pray that God Almighty grants the celebrant long life in good health so that he may persist in his cherished endeavors—advancing youth empowerment and national unity,” he stated.

After the prayer, the Convener, Seyi Olorunsola, informed reporters that the session was organized as part of the festivities for Seyi, whom he described as a distinguished youth icon, philanthropist, and visionary Nigerian.

“We are here to celebrate Seyi’s 40th birthday. Even without holding an elective position, he has consistently advocated for educational and humanitarian initiatives, serving as a moral beacon for the younger generation,” Olorunsola remarked.

Additionally, youth leader Isyaku Rabi’u expressed that the decision to honor Seyi Tinubu’s 40th birthday was a recognition of his dedication to promoting youth empowerment.

“It is well-documented that Seyi has facilitated over 50 appointments for the youth, particularly in the North. Therefore, as youths, we deemed it essential to acknowledge and celebrate him,” he stated.
