‘Investment Banking Firm Emerges Best Issuing House’

Pathway Advisors Limited (PAL), a leading investment banking and financial advisory firm, has been named Best Issuing House and Financial Advisory Firm of the Year at the 2025 edition of the BusinessDay Banking and Other Financial Institutions (BAFI) Awards.

The award, presented at a ceremony held at the Lagos Intercontinental Hotel, Victoria Island, celebrates PAL’s consistent excellence in delivering innovative, transparent, and client-focused financial advisory and capital market solutions.

Receiving the award on behalf of the company, founder and chief executive officer, Adekunle Alade, described the recognition as a validation of PAL’s strategic expertise and unwavering commitment to ethical financial practices.

“This award marks a milestone in our journey of delivering end-to-end solutions in equity, debt, ratings, and structured finance.

It reflects our credibility with institutional investors and our mastery in structuring capital market solutions,” Alade stated.

He highlighted that the company’s achievements in recent years include raising over N300 billion in funding through commercial paper and corporate bond issuances for firms across agro-commodities, manufacturing, real estate, oil and gas, healthcare, and technology sectors.
