Muhammad Basheer HotoroGlobal smartphone brand Infinix has unveiled special promotional packages for customers ahead of the Christmas and New Year celebrations in Abuja.
The initiative was announced by the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Harmony TM Group NG, Olusegun Adebayo, at an event tagged “Davido Meet and Greet,” held at Infinix’s flagship store located at Jabi Lake Mall, Abuja. Harmony TM Group NG owns the first Infinix flagship store in West Africa, which was launched in September.
Adebayo said the flagship store was established to consolidate sales and after-sales services in one location, noting that its strategic location in the nation’s capital was aimed at strengthening Infinix’s relationship with its growing customer base.
According to him, the store allows customers to purchase original Infinix devices and access technical support under warranty, a move designed to address challenges associated with counterfeit products and limited access to reliable after-sales services.
He explained that all products sold at the outlet are supplied directly by Infinix and include mobile phones and accessories covered by warranty. He added that the store has introduced new devices such as the Smart 10 Plus and the Note 50 Pro.
Adebayo further disclosed that a promotional refund scheme was being applied to selected purchases during the Christmas sales period. He also noted that the outlet retails the Infinix GT Pro 30, a gaming-focused device designed to meet the high-performance needs of young consumers.
Also speaking at the event, the Infinix Exclusive Manager, Ojetunde Damilare Victor, said the company was leveraging the year-end sales period to boost customer traffic through price incentives.
Victor said customers who purchase selected devices at the flagship store would enjoy discounts, cashback offers and opportunities to participate in raffle draws throughout the promotional period.
